Solo travellers, couples, families with mixed levels, and intermediate surfers who want technique work all benefit from private coaching. If you have already tried a group class on Essaouira beach and want focused help on pop-up, stance, or reading the break, a dedicated session is the fastest route. We also run semi-private formats for two friends or partners sharing one instructor.
What you get on the water
Every private surf lesson in Essaouira includes board and wetsuit hire, a safety briefing for the bay, and coaching matched to your level. Your instructor chooses the best window on the sandy beach — often the calmer morning before Wind City fills in — and adjusts drills in real time: paddle efficiency, take-off timing, trimming along the whitewater, or first green waves when conditions allow.
Semi-private for two people
Semi-private surf lessons let two people share one coach at a lower per-person rate than full private. We assign compatible board sizes and keep the group small enough that both riders get meaningful corrections. Tell us each person's level when you book so we plan the right spot on Essaouira's Atlantic coast.
How to book and what to bring
