Getting there from Essaouira
Sidi Kaouki is roughly 25 minutes south by road from Essaouira medina. We organise transport for lesson groups when the forecast points there — you meet at our beach base first, then head down the coast with boards and wetsuits. Day visitors from Marrakech sometimes combine a Sidi Kaouki session with medina sightseeing.
Wind, swell, and safety
Like Essaouira, Sidi Kaouki gets afternoon wind in season — morning windows remain best for surf lessons.
