Terms of Service

By booking surf, kitesurf, or wingfoil lessons or camps with Essaouira Surf School/Camp, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when we send you confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Prices are in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment & cancellation

Payment details will be provided at booking. Cancellation policy may vary; we will inform you at the time of booking. We recommend cancellation insurance for surf camps and multi-day packages.

3. Lessons & safety

Participants must follow instructor instructions and declare any relevant medical conditions. Watersports involve inherent risks; participation is at your own risk. We provide IKO-certified instruction and safety equipment.

4. Weather & conditions

Lessons may be rescheduled or refunded if weather or sea conditions are unsafe. We will notify you as early as possible.

5. Liability

Essaouira Surf School/Camp is not liable for loss, injury, or damage beyond what is required by applicable law. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
